- You can Order Online or call 309-467-4686. By midnight 1 day after the photos are taken, shipping costs are added in order to ship your order directly to you.

How long will I be able to Order Online?
- For Fall Portraits, the Pre-Pay option will be open until midnight 1 day after Photo Day and your order will be shipped directly to the school. After that, the Post-Pay option will include shipping costs for the order to be shipped directly to you. Pre-Pay will also be available before Photo Retake Day.
- For Sports Portraits, the Pre-Pay option will be open until midnight 1 day after the photos were taken and will be shipped directly to the school/league coordinator. After that, the order link will include shipping costs for the order to be shipped directly to you.
How long until my pictures arrive?
- Packages arrive at the school/league 2-3 weeks after the day the photos were taken.
What if my child is absent on picture day?
- Your child's portrait can be taken at the school on the scheduled Photo Retake Day.
Need a Retake or Refund?
Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with your portrait, have your child return the original photos on Photo Retake Day. Please include a note so we can make absolutely certain to address any concern you have with the photo. You may choose to have another photo taken or a request a refund. Refunds are not available after the scheduled Photo Retake Day at your school. If you wish to have another school photo taken because of a new hairstyle; wish to show different clothes; or other non-photographer related issue, please submit an order form with payment and we will print a completely new set of photos.
What if my package is incorrect?
- If you find an error in your portrait order, please contact us at 309-467-4686 ASAP so we can make corrections and return your order promptly.

What are exchanges?
- They are smaller than wallet size, 1 3/4 x 2 1/2.
Can I see a proof?
- Fall/Spring Student Portraits are Pre-Pay and all students are photographed. While we do not offer proofs, we do provide an excellent Satisfaction Guarantee (see Exchange/Refund policy above).
